Register the business
The employer creates a venue profile and receives administrator access after approval.
Invite the team
Staff receive a secure email invitation. Their venue and invitation codes are completed automatically.
Activate membership
Each staff member creates their own account and receives a personal digital membership card and QR code.

Members browse offers, find participating venues, save favourites and present their active membership when redeeming.

Who can become a Tay Together member?
Tay Together is intended for people working within hospitality. Members can join through a participating employer or independently, subject to account verification and the current membership terms.
How do employees join through their workplace?
The venue administrator sends a secure invitation email. The invitation opens the registration form with the correct venue and staff invitation codes already completed.
Can an employer send information to its staff?
Yes. Venue administrators can use the dashboard to send notifications and updates directly to their registered team members.
What happens when somebody leaves the business?
The venue administrator can remove or update their staff access. Tay Together administrators can also edit, suspend or delete accounts where required.
How are offers redeemed?
Every active member has a unique membership card and QR code. Participating businesses can verify the membership before applying the offer and record the redemption through the app.
What are Trusted Partners?
Trusted Partners are approved service providers that can publish useful services for participating venues, hospitality workers or both. This may include training, entertainment, maintenance, recruitment, marketing and business support.
